Feed the hungry initiatives from May 2020

Our Alaskan Snow Angels have been very busy finding donors to assist our desperately hungry communities during the South African period of COVID 19 lockdown.

A Mandela Day drive by our amazing Alaskan Snow Angel Meg McDonald enabled Alaskan Snow Manufacutirng to distribute 300 food parcels containing Meal in a Bag and  Porridge to the Edenvale Child Welfare. This was made possible by the generous donations of the Edenvale community.

 

A Women's day drive with generous donations from our family and friends enabled us to donate 150 food parcels to the victims of gender-based violence housed at the Bombani Shelter situated in Alex, the  House of Hope  Leratong Crisis Centre in Springs and the Theodora Ndaba Victim Support Centre in Daveyton. Donations of food parcels of Meal in a Bag, porridge, soup and hot chocolate were made.
